"The sap used to be everywhere. A bright blue light spending life, healing wounds and giving hope. I don't envy those who possess it, for they are the ones responsible to choose who is worthy in their eyes. Choose between life and death. And they are the ones, who know it's true dark secrets. When the day comes and you have to choose, promise me you'll do so with a pure heart as to not repeat what happened in the past."

say "cannot be launched" on mac

I'm working on the issue but sadly so far I haven't figured out why it isn't playable on mac. I'll do my best to try to get it working but I can't promise anything...

Hello Mykara, my name is Bruno, I make indie game gameplays on YouTube, here in Brazil, I want to congratulate you for the great project, the game has a lot of potential.

Thanks for playing it and even recording the gameplay! I'm happy you liked it.

This was so well done for only taking a week, its mechanics were so fun, the art style and mechanics were super great! i honestly don't have any suggestions besides more content.

Thank you so much! I'm so happy that you liked it.

Das ist richtig schön geworden!
Macht echt spaß, die Level zu erkunden und anzusehen :D

Ahhh, danke!

Ooooohhhh, I really liked the game and the story! :) But honestly, what I loved the most is the beautiful art – I could run around in your world for ages just to look at everything! Great job, can't believe you made this in one week!

Ahhh, thank you so much! That's exactly what I wanted to achieve so I'm super happy you liked it!

Hello. I want to check your game but is no mac app inside zip file. Just windows exe.

I'm sorry to hear that! Thank you for telling me. Sadly I'm pretty new to Unity and have absolutely no experience with mac. I'm gonna see whether I can get a working version for mac users. I also plan to release a web version as soon as possible, so hopefully you'll be able to play it soon, if you're still interested.

No problem. Hope so you can fix this issue. If you want you can send me fresh buuild to test. I have few mac with intel and Apple silicon is well. Good luck with the game. looks so nice.

Thank you! I added a mac build, which hopefully should work now. I don't have any device to test it on so if you wanna try it and something doesn't work again feel free to tell me.

Still not working. Main app A tale of Sap in MacOS folder is a document. But this file need to be a executable unix file. Hope so you understand. Here is a screen with file structure.

I see... I'm gonan dig a little deeper into this tomorrow to see why unity isn't exporting it correctly. Thank you for your constant feedback!

beautiful game!! i played twice to get another ending. how did you manage to make this in just a week ? amazing

the only nitpick i got is that i wished i could go to the next text with space.

Thank you for the feedback! I'm genuinely so happy you liked it enough to play it twice. I'll try to keep this updated so your nitpick is noted for the next version.

To answer your question, I cheated a little and took a prototype of a platformer I did a while ago and put in some lore ideas from a different project to quickly come up with something interesting. I'm still pretty new to unity so having a big part of pogramming done already was a blessing. And working 12 hours each day. That also helped :')
